To tell the truth, I can not agree with this position. Above all, if a person goes to a gallary ,he will spend a lot of money for a ticket.
Needless to say, art of graffiti is available for everyone, no mutter how many money a person. To sum up, I convinced that graffiti is a new level of a modern art.
